What’s the best way to care for my AARVEE pieces?
Handle with love! Avoid contact with moisture, sprays, or chemicals. Let your jewellery breathe and air dry after wear. Store each piece separately in a dry soft pouch to keep it safe from scratches and dullness.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We currently don’t offer returns / exchanges for the products. If your jewellery arrives damaged, we’re happy to help with a replacement — just let us know within 48 hours of receiving it with a mandatory unboxing video. For more info, head to our Return & Exchange Policy page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually dispatch: • Ready-to-Ship items within 2–3 business days • Made-to-Order pieces within 10–12 business days Delivery timelines may vary based on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way!
