SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION :

At AARVEE, our commitment goes beyond crafting exquisite jewelry; we strive to ensure your orders reach you in their finest condition, hassle-free, and with the utmost care.

Please note : All products sold on this website are imitation jewellery, not made of real gold, silver, or precious gemstones 

🇮🇳 DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

🕖 Processing Time : All the ready to ship orders will be processed & dispatched within 

3 - 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed, followed by an shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it's shipped.

Made to Order / Pre Order Items: For items marked as MADE TO ORDER, please note that these unique pieces are handccrafted specially for you. Such items will be dispatched within 10-15 business days or as informed during the order confirmation.

In the event of any unforeseen delays, rest assured that we will keep you informed via email. Our team will work diligently to ensure your order is dispatched promptly, and any unexpected delays will be communicated transparently.

📦 Multiple Shipments:

In some cases, for orders with multiple items, if we are unable to process all the items together at one go, your order may be split into multiple shipments, to expedite the delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each package. 

🚚 Shipping Partners : 

We have partnered with reputable carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. 

For All Major Cities: DTDC is our trusted shipping partner, providing efficient services to major cities.

Remote Areas / Non-Serviceable Pin codes via DTDC: Orders to remote areas or pin codes not serviced by DTDC will be shipped via Delivery, ST, or Professional Couriers, ensuring reliable delivery to every corner.

Shipping Rates : We offer transparent shipping rates based on your location and the weight of your order. Shipping costs will vary for every order and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time : For Chennai City and Within Tamil Nadu: Shipped orders will be delivered within 2 - 3 business days. For Other major Cities: Expect delivery within 3 - 5 business days. Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary for remote areas and can be longer.

AARVEE is not liable for any unforeseen delays in delivery due to regional festivals or holidays / weather conditions / forwarding delays from the courier company.  

We however try our best to deliver within the promised time. 

📦 Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information and you may use it to Track your order in real-time. 

You are required to track the package regularly using the tracking link provided via email or SMS, until the order is successfully delivered.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package during the delivery hours.

If the order is being delivered to a non-residential address (such as offices, hostels, hotels, or gated communities), it is your responsibility to coordinate with the concerned person / reception or courier collection point at that location.

Delivery Attempts & Responsibility

Under normal circumstances, courier delivery executives may not make a phone call during delivery. 

1 to 3 delivery attempts are typically made. If no one is available during these attempts, the package will be processed for return. In such cases, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier or collect the package from the delivery hub directly before they Return it back to our facility. 

Return to Origin Scenarios:

If the package returns to the origin for any of the following reasons:

Incorrect Delivery Address provided by the customer.

If the customer refuses to accept the package.

If there are more than three failed delivery attempts by the courier agent

If the customer is Not collecting the package from courier hub 

In such scenarios, The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges to re-ship the order, once the package is received back in our facility.

Please note : Orders cannot be cancelled, and refunds will not be processed in these situations. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with the re-shipping of the order.

📍Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete, including landmark, accurate pin code, and the correct state to avoid delivery issues or delays. 

In case the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the customer will be liable to pay any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipping the order to the correct address.

🌐 INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ( OUTSIDE INDIA) 

Currently, we don’t facilitate international order processing on our website. 

We are working on incorporating it soon. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we do take manual orders for international customers.

Placing International Orders:

We will guide you through the process and ensure a smooth ordering experience.

Processing Time : All the ready to ship orders will be processed & shipped within 2-3 business days* from the date of order confirmation. 

 

MADE TO ORDER Items would be dispatched within 10-15 business days or as informed during the order confirmation. 

In case of any delays due to unforeseen events, we will notify you via email and the order shall be dispatched accordingly. 

Payment Method : We accept payments via Bank account transfer through Remitly / Wise / WesternUnion or any preferred carrier. 

Delivery Method : We use only reputed Third Party shippers like DHL express / FedEx For all the international orders to ensure a faster and safer delivery of the order.  

Delivery Time : The shipped orders would be delivered within 3-5 business days. 

Tracking information : Upon shipping the orders, you will receive an email with the tracking details which you can use to track your orders real-time. 

Shipping charges : Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination and the weight of your package. 

Please note : Duties / Taxes will be applicable sometimes as per your country’s regulations and such charges has to be borne by the customer. 

The shipping company will email you the details of such charges and you can pay to them directly at the time of delivery or as when indicated by the company.
